Men and Fathers’ Community Wellbeing Worker
We are looking for a warm, proactive and reliable worker to engage, mentor and support men and fathers across Walsall.
The role includes one-to-one mentoring, peer-support groups, community engagement, wellbeing activities and supporting the wider mission of the Men’s Wellbeing Alliance.
This would suit someone with experience in areas such as health, mental health, education, social care, community work, mentoring, coaching or peer support who is confident building trusted relationships with men from a range of backgrounds.

Family Help Mentor & Advocacy Worker
We are recruiting a Family Help Mentor & Advocacy Worker to provide practical, consistent and relationship-based support to children, young people, parents and carers across Walsall.
The role includes family mentoring, practical advocacy, helping families navigate services, supporting progress against Family Help plans and providing advocacy to parents involved in Child Protection processes.
We are particularly interested in people with experience in family support, education, health, social care, youth work, community work, mentoring, advocacy or related roles.

Men’s Wellbeing Alliance Sessional Worker
The Men’s Wellbeing Alliance is recruiting sessional workers to help engage and support men from diverse communities across Walsall.
The role will involve community outreach, supporting wellbeing activities and events, connecting men with appropriate local support and helping the Alliance build stronger relationships within communities.
This flexible role may particularly suit people with lived or professional experience of engaging men from underserved communities and those with experience in outreach, health promotion, sport, wellbeing or community development.
