About us
We mind. One mind at a time.
Hi, we’re MindKind. And we really do mind. About mental health in the workplace. About mental health in the community. About mental health in conversations.
We set up The MindKind Projects in 2019 to stand up for mental health in the workplace. To bridge the gap in support services. And to encourage people to be kind to themselves.
We’ve seen people struggling at work without support or understanding. We’ve witnessed the ‘mask’ people wear to avoid seeking clinical help. And we’ve watched well-intentioned community groups fold without the right business acumen.
So we decided to do something about it.
Kindness starts at home. And we all need to exercise our minds as well as our bodies.

A CIC that means business.
We help organisations understand mental health and look after their employees better. Which funds our courses and support groups to look after our community better.
So when you buy a course from us, you’re doing good too. One mind at a time.
Co-design by design.
Everything we do is by co-design. Which simply means we do it together, so you’re in control.
If we’re delivering training to your business, we’ll get under the skin of how you work so the content is designed for you and your team. If you’re attending one of our support groups, you’ll help to plan the activities, so you get to design your life the way you want it. And if you work with us, you’ll be designing the future of community mental health services in Walsall.
It’s a distinct but important part of the way that we work. And something we’re really proud of.
