Research

Heads down. Minds open.

Part of keeping our own minds healthy is about constantly learning and innovating. We are research-led and proud of it. Which simply means we’re always looking for new ways of doing things. We like to push boundaries. And we love experimenting with new therapeutic methods.

But the best bit? We get to learn from you. Every single course we design has inputs from the people attending it. It helps us stay relevant and focusses our minds on the minds we’re trying to help.

And we’ll happily admit we’re not experts in everything. So by researching alongside the people that need our support, we find the best possible solutions.

From fitness-based support and gamified wellbeing quests to strategic systems change, the programme explores what truly works—especially for those least likely to seek help.
